The Experience Lab
A Strategy Consulting Experience
OverviewThe Experience Lab is a 4-week immersive program designed to simulate the experience of working in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
This is not a typical experience where you observe from the sidelines. Instead, you will step directly into the role of a strategy consultant, working on a structured, real-world case that evolves week by week, from problem definition all the way to final executive presentation.
You will experience the full consulting lifecycle:
1. Understanding a problem
2. Structuring it into frameworks
3. Conducting research and analysis
4. Synthesizing insights
5. Building recommendations
6. Presenting to senior stakeholders
All while receiving continuous guidance from managers and partners, just like in a real consulting environment.
