Anouar El Ibrahimi is a Partner and the Head of the Government and Public Sector Practice in Qatar at one of the leading strategy consulting firms in the region. With over 15 years of consulting and industry experience, he brings a unique blend of global perspective and regional expertise, having advised governments, regulators, and leading corporations across Europe, Asia, and Africa, with a strong focus on the GCC markets over the past five years.
Anouar’s professional journey includes leadership roles at Bain & Company, Roland Berger, and EY-Parthenon, where he has led large-scale transformation projects and high-stakes strategy engagements. He holds an MBA from HEC Paris, one of the world’s top business schools, equipping him with a strong foundation in strategy, finance, and leadership.

Abed El Wahab Al Tall

Abed Al Tall is a Manager and a core member of the Government and Public Sector Practice in Qatar at one of the region’s leading strategy consulting firms. With over five years of consulting and industry experience, he has worked extensively with ministries, regulators, and government-related entities across the GCC, advising on some of the region’s most pressing economic and policy challenges.
Abed holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with distinction and a minor in Economics from the American University of Beirut (AUB), where he graduated with strong academic and analytical foundations. His background combines technical rigor with economic insight, enabling him to approach strategy and policy design with a multidimensional perspective.
